FAQ
  • Why do you mention 10 to 15 day processing time for visa applications?
This time is indicated on the higher end of the scale, we process 95% within 2-3 days. Meaning we drop of our visa applications on Tuesday and pick them up on Thursday afternoon, they are then checked and sent back to you or are ready for collection. We advise 10 to 15 days incase any problems occur at the embassy or incase the visa application needs to be re-submitted due to a request for additional information.
  • What happens is my visa is refused?
If your visa is refused the embasy will not return your visa fees and you will need to re-pay the fee again if you re-send your application.
  • What do I need to declare when applying for a visa?
You should give us as much information as possible when applying for your visa. Including reasons for a previous refusal ; overstaying on a previous visa ; if you have a criminal record ; being of Pakistani, Bangladeshi or Sri Lankan origin
